This shoulder rehabilitation Pulley is used as a tool for increasing and maintaining the mobility in the shoulders and upper back. Use a door post to attach it. Open the door and lay the anchor on the top of the door. Then close the door and make sure it is locked securely. Follow in first case the recommendations from your Physiotherapist or see the practice examples on this card. Control carefully the pulley for defects before use and make sure it is firmly attached in the door post.
