McKenzie lumbar rolls
The lumbar rolls are designed specifically for the lower back. Without this support your back cringes every time when you are inattentive or no longer exclusively focusing on actively on maintaining the lordosis with your muscles. To counteract this collapsing, you must push the lumbar roll on the waistline in the back, as soon as you sit in an armchair, in the car or on an office chair.
The position of the lumbar roll is very important!
If the roll is too far in the upper lumbar spine, the lumbar support during prolonged sitting stress may not be optimal.
It is therefore recommended to place the roll in a position in the low back right above belt-line. Then adjust it in a position which is most comfortable for the user.
